Day 4 was supposed to be just a quiet day at sea but we had a surprise coming. Susan looked outside just before dawn and yelled out, "Wake up, John! You've got to see this!" Outside our room, we were treated to an up close and personal view of the moon setting over the island of
Corsica at sunrise.
The ship lingered along the coastline for another hour or so before heading out for our next destination. We enjoyed many awesome views of
sunrise over Corsica before breakfast.
What a great way to start the day! We spent the rest of the day relaxing at the pools and hot tubs and getting rested up for the next few days of exploring. What a life. . .
